Rex is a senior at Ladue Horton Watkins High School. He’s the lead builder on his school’s robotics team and co-captain of the debate team. In the future, he hopes to pursue a career in engineering and sustainability.
Bohan Pan is a freshman at Northwestern University. She's a part of Northwestern's mock trial team and recently started working as a research assistant. Passionate about politics and her community, Bohan is studying Social Policy, and hopes to pursue a law degree in the future. In her free time, she enjoys playing piano with her duet partner and sparkling water.
Nat Claybaugh is a freshman at Washington University in St. Louis. Through her experience and familiarity with social media, Natalie engages in community outreach to help positively impact more students. She has a personal interest in Medicine and Business. Outside of school, Natalie enjoys all things Disney and Swimming.
Cheng Peng
Head of Cubing Program, STLCLS
Hi, my name Cheng, and I am a Senior at Parkway South High School. I first learned how to solve the Rubik's Cube at age nine when I made my friend teach me. I participated in the 2022 and 2023 SLEO's STLRCC Rubik's Cube competitions where I improved my average time from 52 seconds to 19 seconds. My current personal best is 13 seconds. I've been teaching cubing lessons for SLEO at the St. Louis Chinese Language School since 2023 and have helped 50 students and recruited 10 teachers. Outside of cubing I enjoy music through viola and piano, distance running, and engineering.
